For each referral sent to Gift of Life Surrogacy Agency, gestational carriers and/or intended parents must meet our screening criteria in order to receive the referral bonus of $500

For Gestational Carriers:

Full application, medical records review, full medical work-up, signing of the agency agreement, background checks, psychological evaluation.

For Intended Parents:

Full application, signing of the agency agreement, background checks, and psychological evaluation.

You will receive your bonus once your referral has been fully screened by our team and has signed their contract with Gift of Life Surrogacy Agency.
